Welcome to Breathe Collection. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our premium iOS breathwork, meditation, and wellness application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Breathe Collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the "Apple EULA"), which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Apple EULA, you may not use the app.
Breathe Collection is a premium iOS application that provides guided breathwork exercises, meditation content, and wellness features. The app is designed to support your mental and physical well-being through structured breathing techniques and mindfulness practices.
Breathe Collection does not maintain a native user account system. Your access to the app and its features is managed through your Apple ID and the App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID credentials. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
Breathe Collection offers subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly) and a Lifetime purchase option. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, a third-party subscription infrastructure provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms and any applicable subscription terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Breathe Collection for your personal, non-commercial use on an Apple device that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Breathe Collection is intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, consult a qualified healthcare provider before using breathwork or meditation practices. We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from your use of the app.
The app integrates with Apple (for authentication and payments) and RevenueCat (for subscription management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Breathe Collection at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. Refunds for subscriptions or purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breathe Collection and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of Breathe Collection after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
